The public MVP routes all product and account questions through email. Use the most specific address below so the right person sees the message first.

When reporting an issue

A message with the right context gets triaged and replied to faster. Pick the template that fits your report and paste it into the email body.

Product bug

• The page URL you were on when the problem occurred.
• Time of occurrence, with timezone.
• Trace ID if one appeared on an error panel, or the x-trace-id response header if you had DevTools open.
• Browser + OS.
• Whether you were signed in at the time.
• What you expected vs what actually happened.

Data-quality concern

• Symbol(s) and session date.
• Which snapshot mode you were viewing — one of eod, intraday, or live (shown in the published-snapshot badge at the top of every authenticated page).
• The published-at time from the same badge.
• What the value you saw was, and the reference source + value you think is correct.

Strategy / result question

• Strategy family (vertical credit, iron condor, …) and the candidate id from the URL on the detail page.
• Snapshot mode + published-at from the header badge (same as the data-quality section above).
• The specific question — score inputs, liquidity filter, greeks, etc. — and which sections of the Methodology page you already read.

Status + known issues

Planned ingestion windows, deliberate snapshot degradation periods, and incident updates are announced at the Spread Foundry status channel. If you don't have access to the status channel, email support — the team replies from there.

Account lifecycle

The Methodology page describes how the analytics work; account invitations, password resets, and deactivations are operator-managed in the MVP. Email support to request any of those changes.
